Who we are:

Therapy In Your Home OT, PT, ST was established to meet a need: To help you find a therapist who would come to your home even if insurance would not pay for it. For instance:

• You had home health care, paid by your insurance, but the therapists have stopped coming and you still want more therapy
• You dont have insurance
• You dont have transportation to get to outpatient therapy
• Your insurance cant find a provider through a home health agency but we have one for you. We have a wide range of therapists with a wide range of specialty areas and languages.
• You like having your own therapist.

Julie Groves, OTR/L*, has worked in homecare since 1980. Her experience includes hospitals and rehabilitation facilities in the California Bay Area and the Central Coast. She maintains contact with each client, encouraging each therapist to be as comprehensive, individual, and effective as possible.

Therapy In Your Home is a group of therapists experienced in homecare as well as other areas of healthcare. We offer a wide variety of personalities, schedules, languages, specialty areas and locations covered. All therapists meet home health agency hiring requirements. Information about each therapist is available on request. Each therapist is covered by malpractice insurance and is licensed in California.

We find just the right therapist for you:

• Specially trained for your needs
• Personality you like: encouraging, strict, gentle, funny, tough,
• Schedule that matches yours
• Language: If you are more comfortable in a language other than English, we can attempt to find just the right therapist for you.

• We fill the gap between what your insurance will pay for and what you want.
  
• We will bill you at the end of each month at a rate comparable to out-patient therapy services.
  
• Some insurance companies pay for our services. Medicare and Kaiser do not. IN NETWORK criteria can be met in certain instances if your insurance company agrees to put Therapy In Your Home IN NETWORK for your specific case. Call Therapy In Your Home for information. We can bill for your services as either
  • home health service, utilizing your home health benefits, or
  • outpatient mobile clinic utilizing your out-patient therapy benefits
• Call your insurance for information about
  • what your insurance covers for each level of service
  • what your copay is for each
  • what criteria you need to qualify for each
  • how many visits you are eligible for with each, over what time frame
• Long Term Care insurance covers our services depending on your policy. Always ask!
• Our rates are comparable to outpatient therapy
